Last night at Churchill’s, arts patrons dressed in gold, violet, and royal green, in step with the Berea Arts Council’s Mardi Gras-themed awards dinner in honor of local artists. The revelry pumped-up the excitement for the auction afterward to raise funds for the Berea Arts Council.

Jessi King was named Young Artist of the Year; Aaron Banther was named Community Artist of the Year; and Bob Berger was named Artist of the Year before auctioneer, the Rev. Kent Gilbert, launched into a lively auction.
